Straight answers
Yes. The local workstation — chart engine, ICT detection, all 45+ drawing tools, backtester, signals, alerts — stays free. Paid tiers add cloud services on top of it; they never take anything away.
Never. SniperCharts is analysis software only. It does not connect to a broker, place orders, hold funds, or give financial advice. What you do with the chart is on you.
Crypto works keyless out of the box — live Binance websocket streams, no signup. A free Twelve Data key adds forex and stocks. A paid Massive key deepens forex history to 5+ years of intraday and enables live forex streaming.
It lives in your browser’s local storage — drawings, settings, signals, journal — and it stays yours. Nothing is uploaded anywhere unless you opt in: the optional Claude coach sends chart context to Anthropic if you add your own key, and cloud sync will be a paid-tier choice later.
Paid tiers aren’t on sale yet, so there’s nothing to refund. A plain-language refund policy ships the day the tiers do.
