All three tiers are future concepts, not current offers. Planned prices are targets, not promises; closed-beta access does not create a purchase or billing relationship.
Straight answers
Yes. The local workstation — chart engine, ICT detection, all 45+ drawing tools, backtester, signals, alerts — stays free. Paid tiers add cloud services on top of it; they never take anything away.
Never. SniperCharts is analysis software only. It does not connect to a broker, place orders, hold funds, or give financial advice. What you do with the chart is on you.
Visitors never enter market-provider secrets. Market credentials are server-managed; futures use Massive, and real-time status depends on the subscribed exchange entitlement shown by the chart.
It remains local-first — drawings, settings, signals and journal stay yours. Approved accounts can sync that data across devices and receive push notifications. The optional Claude coach sends chart context to Anthropic only when you explicitly enable it.
Paid tiers aren’t on sale yet, so there’s nothing to refund. A plain-language refund policy ships the day the tiers do.
