Silver Bullet Windows (03-04, 10-11, 14-15 NY)

One specific hour, one specific recipe: sweep, shift, and enter at the first FVG of the window.

The Silver Bullet is a time-first ICT strategy that runs only inside three hourly windows in New York time: 03:00-04:00 (London), 10:00-11:00 (the flagship NY AM hour) and 14:00-15:00 (NY PM).

Inside the window the recipe is fixed: a liquidity sweep against the higher-timeframe bias, a market structure shift with displacement on the 1-5m, and entry on the retrace into the FIRST fair value gap that displacement creates.

Consistency comes from the clock, not prediction — the same recipe, the same hour, every day, with the stop beyond the sweep extreme and the target at the nearest opposing liquidity.

How to trade it

  • Have the HTF draw and bias decided BEFORE the window opens; the hour is for execution, not analysis.
  • Only the first qualifying FVG inside the window counts — do not keep taking gaps as the hour runs out.
  • Skip the day if there is not enough room to the target (ICT guideline: roughly 15 ES handles / 10 pips FX minimum).

Pitfalls

  • Forcing a trade every single window — no sweep plus shift means no bullet that day.
  • Entering after the window closes on a late retrace; the timing edge is gone.
