Entry model · Phase 3

Failed Quasimodo

A deterministic research interpretation of failed Quasimodo structure: prove the original QML dependency, confirm acceptance through it, then evaluate a retest from the new side.

SniperCharts interpretation

This is an active SniperCharts interpretation of the reviewed Talaria Trade material, implemented as deterministic research logic. It is not an official Talaria Trade indicator or strategy, and no pattern or historical result guarantees future performance.

Context

  • Failed QM is evaluated from an authenticated Quasimodo dependency and its lifecycle; enabling QMF does not turn QM Retest into a second signal model.
  • The level must first have had a valid structural reason to hold. Failure is acceptance through that reason, not an arbitrary wick beyond a line.
  • Operations levels, contextual FVG, WICK and CSD are supporting evidence and remain contextual rather than independent entries.

Sequence

  1. Establish the dependency-only QM structure and its expected holding side.
  2. Confirm a causal failure or invalidation through the Quasimodo level with the profile-required acceptance evidence.
  3. Wait for the failed level to be retested from its new side, then apply the QMF confirmation and entry contract.

Invalidation

  • Cancel when price reclaims the failed structure, the retest expires, the directional bias conflicts, or required dependency evidence becomes unavailable.

Target

  • Target the next authenticated liquidity or structural objective in the failure direction; use the labeled profile fallback only when no structural target exists. If structural targets exist but fail direction or minimum-R checks, suppress the setup.

No-trade conditions

  • No trade from a mere QM touch, one wick through the level, a failure with no causal dependency record, or a retest that lacks confirmation.
  • Stand down when the original level is reclaimed or data, schedule, bias or profile eligibility fails.
  • If structural targets exist but fail direction or minimum-R checks, suppress the setup; do not substitute a fixed-R fallback.

Required

Every box checks or there is no trade

  • Authenticated dependency-only QM structure exists before failure
  • Profile-required acceptance confirms failure through the QML — not a wick
  • Failed level is retested from its new side with QMF confirmation
  • Bias, schedule, profile and structural target remain eligible

Optional confluence

Not mandatory — each one adds weight

  • Contextual FVG, operations level, WICK or CSD supports the failure

Warnings

If one of these fires, stand down

  • Reclaim of the failed level, expiry or context loss cancels the setup

This checklist explains the deterministic research interpretation. Runtime eligibility, parameters, risk, invalidation and fallback behavior come from the authenticated active profile; the educational baseline above is not profile identity.

Discipline

The model is half the trade.

Consistency over perfection

Execute the same model the same way every time. A mediocre model executed consistently beats a brilliant one executed randomly.

Prove it on paper first

New model? Backtest it, then forward-test in replay or demo for a full sample before risking money. The market will still be there next month.

One quality trade beats ten impulsive ones

You are paid for waiting for your model, not for activity. If today gives no A+ setup, flat is a position — and it outperforms most accounts.
